Baita35 is located in an ideal spot near the well-known town of Bormio and surrounded by the woods of Parco dello Stelvio. At an elevation of 4,444, the chalet is just a two minute drive from the closest ski lifts and 10 minutes from the center of Bormio and the Bormio 2000 cable car.

We offer 5 non-smoking guests suites. The units accommodate from 2 to 12 people and can be rented separately or combined. Treat yourself to a romantic weekend getaway or rent out the entire Chalet for a family reunion or business retreat. We are the perfect destination for any occasion. Every suite is independent and has direct access to the outside. The property has ample space for outdoor activities that children and adults will love.
